Disclaimer:
Septic Supplies, Inc. offers merchandise for
resale to the public. Septic Supplies, Inc. is not an Authorized
Dealer or Distributor for any companies whose merchandise we
carry. Septic Supplies, Inc. makes no guarantees on the products
beyond the manufactures warranty. Septic Supplies, Inc. assumes
no liability for any assembling of the product installation
or damage to the product or other type damages happening during
installation, including electrical shock, sewer back-up, etc.
It is the buyer's responsibility to check with their local
regulatory authorities to ensure the item you are purchasing
will meet local and state codes (example: your are requires
an NSF seal, FA340 does not carry a NSF seal and may not be
allowed.) Although we make comparisons and in most cases offer
identical aerators or parts for the systems, we are not the
OEM of any aerobic product. Our sales staff will be happy to
answer any questions about the products we sell.
Return Policy:
No returns will be accepted without RA# (Return
Authorization). If you have a return you must call us first
at 1-800-778-1540 for your RA#. Any product accepted for return
will be subject to a 15% restocking fee unless it is replaced
with another product purchased from Septic Supplies, Inc. All
returns must be returned in good condition including all original
packaging and paperwork. Refunds will be credited back to your
credit card, excluding freight charges. No returns accepted
after 30 days from date of purchase. No returns if product
is not acceptable by local Regulatory Authorities.
Warranty:
Warranty claims are subject to the discretion
of the original manufacturer of product. All products are warranted
for defects in material and workmanship for one year after
purchase date unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.
At no time shall Septic Supplies, Inc. be liable for consequential
damages, labor, material, freight or expense required to replace,
correct, or reinstall the product. Septic Supplies, Inc.'s
liability is limited to repair or replacement of the part as
deemed appropriate by the manufacturer. Warranty sheets must
be returned to ensure valid warranty. All warranties are void
if the product has been improperly modified, applied or installed,
subjected to misuse or abuse. Except as stated herein, there
are no warranties express or implied, including the warranty
of merchantability or warranty of fitness for a specific purpose.
Please contact Septic Supplies, Inc. before returning any products
for consideration of warranty and to obtain a RA# for return.
Shipping --Damaged Product:
If any product arrives damaged, save the shipping
container and notify Septic Supplies, Inc. immediately. Please
do not return damaged or broken products or you may not have
a right to file a claim with the carrier. You must contact
Septic Supplies, Inc. within 5 days, we will need pictures
E-mailed to us to back up the claim, and then we will contact
the carrier.
Shipping:
UPS or Fed-x will be used to ship most items.
Truck freight will be used for larger items, which will require
someone be there to unload and in some cases must be delivered
to a commercial establishment.
Privacy:
All transactions are 100% secured. Your private
information is not shared with other organizations except to
the parent co. for accounting purposes. |
