Shipping:
UPS or Fedex will be used to ship most items. Truck freight used for larger items and will require someone to be present with a fork lift to unload. Some products must be delivered to a commercial establishment only.
Damaged Product:
If any product arrives damaged, save the shipping container and notify Septic Supplies Inc immediately. Please do not return damaged or broken products or you may not have a right to file a claim with the carrier. You must contact Septic Supplies Inc within 5 days, we will need pictures E-mailed to us to back up the claim, and then we will contact the carrier.
Return Policy:
