What's the Septic Supplies, Inc. return policy?
Most store items can be exchanged or refunded with a receipt within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be credited back to your credit card. If you are not sure whether you're ordering the correct unit for your septic system, we strongly recommend that you contact us (877) 583-0809 to find out whether or not the products are right for you.

Are there returns on special orders?
No returns accepted on special orders.

Do I need a Return Authorization (RA)?
Yes. No returns will be accepted for orders placed on septicsuppliesinc.com without an RA# (Return Authorization). If you have a return, you must first call a sales representative at Septic Supplies, Inc. at (877) 583-0809 to receive your RA# and the shipping address to return your product.

Can I get my shipping cost refunded?
Shipping and handling costs are not refundable and the purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Do I need to return the item in its original packaging?
You're responsible for properly packaging the product in its original packaging and including all product manuals, parts and accessories as well as insuring the value of the item. Should any shipping damage occur, it will be your responsibility to handle with the shipping agent. We reserve the right to adjust or deny a full refund of the purchase price if the product is not returned in good condition.

Is there a restocking fee?
Yes. Any product accepted for return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee unless it is replaced with another product purchased from septicsuppliesinc.com.

How long does it take to process my return?
Returns typically require 3-5 business days to process.
